Generates a pool of qualified candidates using the various channels (social/digital/job fairs/etc…).
- Maintains linkage with candidates and employers.
- Sorts and reviews resumes as they arrive on a daily basis. Manages the flow of paper applications and manages the recruiting email box.
- Conduct interviews based on CBI.
- Administers appropriate standardized test to recruit.
- Coordinates the recruitment & selection cycle with the candidates & clients till fill the vacancy.
- Prepares routine documentation appropriate to the recruitment process and engagement of new employees.
Receiving requests directly from the client
- Screen and interview applicants.
- Follow up filing system.

- Nominate the suitable candidate to the client.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
