Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare all schedules, plans and reports for execution works at site.
Apply the specifications for all execution works in the project.
Preparing tender information summary sheet.
Coordinate between main contractor, subcontractor, consultants and client representative.
Divide the working teams into groups to finalize the work at project time frame.
 QA/QC inspector along with quantity survey for all mechanical works at site.
Converting the shop drawings to as built drawings.
Monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance.
Analyzing and resolving all execution problems at site along with the consultant’s approval.
Apply and follow up safety rule for all workers at the project.
Prepare submittals for drawings, materials and request of inspections (RFI)
Material request (MR) according to the drawings and site requirements.
Prepare operation and maintenance manuals (O&M) for all mechanical equipment’s.
