Main responsibilities include but not limited to:
Prepare all schedules, plans and reports for execution works at site.
Apply the specifications for all execution works in the project.
Preparing tender information summary sheet.
Coordinate between main contractor, subcontractor, consultants and client representative.
Divide the working teams into groups to finalize the work at project time frame.
QA/QC inspector along with quantity survey for all mechanical works at site.
Converting the shop drawings to as built drawings.
Monitoring of Subcontractor’s performance.
Analyzing and resolving all execution problems at site along with the consultant’s approval.
Apply and follow up safety rule for all workers at the project.
Prepare submittals for drawings, materials and request of inspections (RFI)
Material request (MR) according to the drawings and site requirements.
Prepare operation and maintenance manuals (O&M) for all mechanical equipment’s.
