o Approve to let go customers that are having high risk hence not eligible for personal loan.
o Pricing and Fee Waivers: Customers moving to competitors in order to benefit with low pricing / interest rate.
o Review and assess customer’s requirements and offer pricing and fees as per risk based pricing. Sometimes require interaction with customers to convince in staying with us by laying down the benefits.
• Attrition Report: Monitor daily / monthly attrition numbers and aim to achieve ZERO attrition on good and profitable customer segment.
