- Transformed up team to a high level of maturity, skillful levels and enabled two medical representatives to become account managers in Western Area and another one to become District Manager that handled UAE.
- Created a new strategy in 2008 got applied in the whole Middle East as a new one for FERRING CO. business in the Middle East.
- Provided major contribution in getting SGH tender for one of the item through MOH networking.
- Achieved organizational goals with full compliance to FERRING’s CO. standards and vision.
- Was responsible for five years sales forecast on annual base.
- Successfully launched many products during career with Ferring in terms of product positioning and achieving the quota like Menogon, Minirin and Pentasa.
- Found successful strategy for Western Area to overcome accounts receivable problems with agent and clients.
- Introduced many of FERRING's products in MOH, ARAMCO and several institution hospital in KSA since started with the company.
