Construction of residential buildings, the project consisting of 98 Residential Building, Works included reinforced concrete, steel, sanitary, different finishing works and whole project landscaping.
Job Responsibilities:
• Managing and operating site and project for the account of Client.
• Undertaking and assuming responsibility for services related to the supervision, management, quality control as regards the construction of the buildings pertaining to the project.
• Maintained the relation with the Client thru Project Management Team.
• Ensure that construction activities moving according to predetermined schedule.
• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams.
• Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to give rise to disputes and claims.
• Manage all aspects of construction project including acquiring permits, scheduling construction and overseeing field operations.
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Drawings & Project Requirements and Specifications.
• Conducted all project related operations including organizing job site, developing schedules, maintaining quality control, project progress control, ensuring project is completed on time and on budget.
• Risk identification, analysis and mitigation methods.
• Ensure on-site safety program.
• Change orders deviations from the original scope of work and quality deviation.
• Assess project and its requirements.
• Assess the impact and feasibility of site due diligence, preliminary layout and up to the final engineering design.
• Prepare architectural drawings and schematic designs based on project requirements.
• Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction projects.
• Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate staff.
• Direct, lead and support other engineering and skilled personnel in managing and executing multiple tasks and projects.
• Lead and direct onsite construction teams.
• Collaborate and interact with construction teams, architects and outside project developers and consultants.
• Manage deliverables on time and within the budget.
• Initiate and ensure standard civil engineering discipline in drawings and plans.
• Adhere to the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
• Supervising and Revising Laboratory Work.
