Method Statements review and coordination with QA&QC
Review Project specification, checking material submittals and is t compliance with project specs
Coordination with Contracts department to claim for variations result from change/add to the scope of work.
Coordination with site team for form works requirements; and pouring sequence and its requirements .
i worked in Dubai for 3 projects : Burj Views, Plot35 and Dubai Sport Complex , duties and responsibilities include but not limited to :
Full coordination required between structural, architectural and MEP works.
Review Project specification, checking material submittals and is t compliance with project specs.
Preparation for the project which include study of the proper formwork to be used.
Study the Tower cranes, Blacing boom and hoist lifts locations and prepare the related dwgs, which may include redesign of elements
RC Design of Different Structural Element Using Suitable Soft ware’s Mentioned below or Using My Own Excel Sheets.
Structural Steel Design with Connections design and Shop Drawings preparations
Generating General Arrangement shop drawing with all related and required section.
Shop Drawings of Different RC, Steel Structures Elements..
Review of the method statements and compliance with Project Specs.
Provide technical solutions for different site issues may raise during construction or due to site errors
Q.S and coordination with Q.S department
