As a Regional Sales & Operations Manager My Job is to ensure Business Operations at Region level.Develop business in each territory of my region & deliver Regional Trade and Institutional Targets through team of Sales Reps & Executives whom I recruit, train and Provide on the job coaching.Additionally I would liaise with Key opinion Leaders of Hospitals and institutions for Product Registration & Tendering Business, Dealer handling is also my responsibility.I ensure requisite support staff is on board to have smooth Business Operations at Region Level .I ensure Daily Reporting team at Region Level is up to date.I further see that the distribution and logistics work in tandem to ensure availability of stocks at all levels.Moreover I see that the Regional Expenses are within the budget and take steps to control attrition and ensure team stays motivated.I coach team members for Customer Focused Selling Skills through which they are able to convince customers to Prescribe, recommend or buy products.I appoint and coordinate with stockists for product, procurement and payments.I conduct product product development camps with Doctors, Pharmacies and Patients to make on the spot sales.I conduct Continuous Medical Education Programs with Medical Fraternity for product development through Power Point Presentation and Audio Video Aids.
Creation of Distribution Channel for Rehmat & Hidden Valley Brand Spices, Liaise with Distributors and Ensure demand and stock availability. Conducting Distributors meet monthly and discuss targets with stake holders with power point presentation on marketing and overview. To oversee and evaluate sales of each territory and identify need to improve and provide feedback and monthly plans to CEO. To have feel of domain by regularly conducting field sales calls with concerned Sales Officer of each territory assigned.
