Correspondence with International units in several HRD and administrative matters.
Authorize transactions in GL & Retail Banking to staff cost & payments
Develop and revise recruitment procedures.
Organization Chart.
Review & approve all staff benefits in line with the policy & procedures.
Manpower budgeting.
Payroll & Payment review and process into Retail Banking System to staff bank accounts.
Prepare & Review all HR & Cost reports and present to the CEO.
Check & sign on behalf the bank all transfer salaries to banks and other documents & Certificates.
Other Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection : Manpower planning; Selection process; Interviewing; Induction courses; Recruitment budget per department; Salary survey’s;
Compensation & Benefits : Design and develop compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures
Up-dating the HR policy, reviewing the Bahrain labour law. Disciplinary action, Etc….
Participate in preparing staff policy and salary scale, promotions and annual Increments.
Coordinate with Finance control in implementation of new and upgrade HR system and GL transactions.
Control manpower budget through follow up all staff cost such as Medical, Club membership, Loans, salaries, Indemnity and bonus accruals.
