- Improve employee awareness on organizational policies, performance standards and business ethics.

- Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.

- Develop and update (Employee HR Manual, Employee Handbook, Employee Code of Conduct, Orientation Program and FAQ).

- Assist in the Performance Management Process with all direct reports, including annual review and development process.

- Ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are administered properly and consistently.

-Provide policy/procedure communication and related education activities to ensure compensation policies, practices, and procedures are understood at all levels of the organization

- Ensuring that staff are provided with appropriate and adequate orientation and training in coordination with the Organizational Development Department

- Acts as an informational resources to all levels of staff in interpreting and administrating HR policies & producers

- Prepare reports, graphs, charts, and statistical analyses to support ongoing activities and proposals to HR, senior, and executive management.

- Provide proposals to executive management.

- Ensure that policies, practices, and procedures are administered properly and consistently.

- Ensuring that staff are provided with appropriate and adequate orientation and training in coordination with the Organizational Development Department

-Communicating job expectations with the staff, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and performance and provide required counseling when performance improvement is needed

-Ensuring all internal and external reports are duly completed and submitted, in compliance, maintained with both company and head office requirements

To develop, advise on and implement strategies relating to the effective use of personnel within an organization. Aiming to ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the employer’s business aims.
