Managing over 25 employees in IT Development team in Corporate IT team handling a portfolio of 50+ projects every year. The unit is handling the systems in terms of Enhancements, Implementation and Production Support for the departments below: • Finance MI, Reconciliations, Cross-Departments Reporting (Cognos, Oracle Hyperion). • Compliance Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions Screening (SAS AML, Oracle Watchlist Screening). • Global Trade and Receivable Finance Letter of Credits, Letter of Guarantees, Import / Export Loans, and Supply Chain Finance. (IBM AS400, Demica SCF MS Azure, SWIFT) • Treasury Operations Intra-Day Liquidity and Cash Management • Institutional Banking Cash Clearing and Derivatives • Investment Banking Stock Order Management System The team includes Project Managers, Back-End and Front-End Developers, Business and System Analysts. As Senior Manager, the role mainly focusses on leading the portfolio and managing the larger programs, as well as Mid and Long-Term Strategy Planning, in addition to Team Leading and Coaching.
Established the Infrastructure Enterprise team to manage the technical resources for HSBC-SA. The team managed Servers OS (Linux and Windows), Databases, and Email Exchange. In addition to the infrastructure management, the team also managed the maintenance and implementation of the Security solutions used by the Information Security Department.
- Planning and managing the implementation of IT projects related to Tadawul Interfaces enhancements / Stock Trading channels.

In May 2007 I was promoted as a Head Teller, where the position’s responsibilities were to manage and supervise tellers' operations, the branch's cash vault and ATM, as well as approving daily banking operations, communicating with high potential clients and VIP customers, and securing the environment assets.
Started as a Teller, the job responsibilities were about dealing in cash operations including customers' deposits and wire transfers, as well as cash withdrawals and currency exchange.
The job also includes international wire transfers and cheques operations.
A contracted technician to act as a technical support for the company’s employees’ technical problems. The job was basically in maintenance in both levels Software and Hardware.
The course covers main aspects of information systems and business planning, strategy, analysis, design and management. Also includes specialist units such as multimedia authoring, advanced databases and object oriented programming.
Bachelor of Science in Computing covered most aspects of object oriented programming, web development and database management/development in terms of analysis, design and implementation. The course also covered project management modules where team management, communication and leadership skills are applied.
