DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Prepares the propose road geometric designs and computations as per ARAMCO, MOT and AASTHO standards and specification. (Computation for horizontal curve elements and alignments, Vertical curves elements and alignments, and Super elevation utilizing Autodesk Land Desktop 2004 and Auto CAD Civil 3D 2010
• Prepares Bill of quantities for propose projects and back-up quantity computation for project progress and accomplishment to be used for progress billings/claims.
• Monitors the project progress and prepare accomplishment reports.
• Prepared the construction bar chart and updates the s-curve for project monitoring, utilizing Primavera 6
• Coordinates with Owner consultants, for design computations, plans and drawings, and quantity computations for approval
• Assisted the Quality Control Department in the preparation of Quality Control Monthly Report,
• Monitors, inspect the construction of structure as per Saudi ARAMCO /MOT Standards & Specification
• Prepare, check and raise Request for Inspection prior to implementation
• Deliberately inspect the ongoing works as per IFC Drawing & Specification
• Review and Inspect material submittals, Delivery, Handling & Storage
• Prepares/Review Technical Query/Proposal based on IFC Drawings as per standard
• Prepares Preventive and Corrective Measure for every Activities
• Attend Kick-Off meeting as per quality requirements
• Brief and educate workers as per Saudi Aramco / MOT quality specification
-Attend all hold-points activities and make sure quality objectives are follows
• Prepares necessary Documents on each Activities as a requirement on Quality Audit
• Maintain a project diary/daily progress report.
• Supervised and implemented construction survey activities to ensure their proper execution, field stakeouts, and computations and plotting of plans and profile
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Undertakes accurate and orderly receiving requirements and prepare receiving reports and summary for incoming supplies and materials.
• Updates and maintains a comprehensive record of consumables, tools and equipment and other incoming and outgoing supplies and materials.
• Conducts physical inventory of consumables and tools and equipments monthly and submits the same the same assessment to the Operations Manager, copy furnished to the Finance Manager
• Conducts proper and orderly storing of all supplies and materials according to established health, safety, and housekeeping standard.
• Controls and monitors all activities and transactions in field warehouse.
• Performs other related duties that may be assigned by superiors.
• Conduct Safety Procedure as to Occupational Safety and Health standard
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Prepare detailed engineering drawing and estimate as per approved plans and specifications
• Assist school Engineer to maintain and prepare approved programmed of works, plans and specification, including specific instruction or communication to the projects.
• Assist school Engineer undertake the daily supervision of the on going projects to ensure that they are constructed as per approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare As- Built Plans and volume computations of actual accomplishment for all physically completed projects.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities on design and construct contract in lump-sum price.
• Preparation of manpower schedule, as reference for total workforce required to complete the project and to minimize labor cost.
• Prepare preliminary costing, on-site visits, negotiation with subcontractors and analysis of subcontract returns, mid-tender bids and post tender duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare detailed engineering drawing and estimate as per approved plans and specifications.
• Maintain a project diary/daily progress report.
• Ensure that all construction materials, equipment and tools are properly utilized, maintain, and properly stored in a secure place.
• Assist Zone Engineer to maintain and prepare approved programmed of works, plans and specification, including specific instruction or communication to the projects.
• Assist Zone Engineer undertakes the daily supervision of the on going projects to ensure that they are constructed as per approved plans and specifications.
• Prepare As- Built Plans and volume computations of actual accomplishment for all physically completed projects.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities on design and construct contract in lump-sum price.
• Preparation of manpower schedule, as reference for total workforce required to complete the project and to minimize labor cost.
• Conducts coordination meeting or liaise with other concerned programme staff, participants and other involved in the projects to ensure full participation/cooperation in the accomplishment of activities on schedule.
• Assist the Zone Engineer in the calculations of quantities for the different items of work and detailed estimates of proposed projects.
• Prepared quantity take-off on roadway excavation and embankment, clearing and grubbing, sub-grade preparation, earth beam, sub-base materials, base course materials, pavement and others.
• Supervised and implemented construction survey activities to ensure their proper execution, field stakeouts, and computations and plotting of plans and profiles.
