i.MOU for slowdown plan - Assisted in drafting the terms and conditions of MOU, especially on the physical milestone dates and payments.
ii.Sales and Purchase Agreement - Checked and reported to the Contracts Manager regarding the terms and conditions of S & P offered by the client, ensured reciprocal interest of both parties
iii.Suspension Notice - liaised with the lawyer for the decision on suspension or termination. Checked the terms and conditions of suspension notice
iv.Contractual claims - drafted and updated EOT claims for Contracts Manager’s review every 28 days, ensured the submission complied with contract requirements
v.Bonds - Checked and commented Advance Payment Bonds & Performance Bonds submitted by subcontractors, ensured all terms & conditions of the bonds complied with the requirements specified in the contract.
vi.Insurance - prepared insurance claim for onward submission to Insurance Company, liaised with loss adjustor for settling of claims. Negotiating on the terms & conditions and premium with the Insurance Company for extending the insurance period
vii.Valuation of construction work- prepared monthly progress payments and submitted to client, certified sub-contractor’s payments
viii.Sub-letting of works - prepared tender documents for Contracts Manager approval, compared returned tenders and drafting tender reports, advised on award of sub-contracts
ix.Procurement of building materials - liaised with supplier and monitored the quantities of materials ordered/delivered to suit the site progress
x.Cost control - updated Profit & Loss reports quarterly
xi.Post contract contractual advice - drafting correspondences regarding contractual matters, and advised Project Manager for the same
xii.Final account - liaised with Sub-contractors & suppliers for settling of final account
