• Updating project baseline schedule.
• Revisit baseline programme to perform possible fast tracking and compression.

• Performing claims (EOT) by establishing the cause of delay and the corresponding time impact using delay analysis methodology.
• Develop the project baseline schedule in line with the approved Work Breakdown Structure and contractual requirement.
• Assist in the development of the overall sequence of work which is decomposed into major deliverables such as the erection of steel roof frame, pool tanks construction (FINA Standard 50m Competition Pool), external wall cladding and external work (site development work - parking areas which can accommodate 1, 600 cars).
• Closely monitor the erection of steel roof framing which is part of the critical path of the project.
• Provide detailed schedule to site engineer to complete the site development work on time (drainage systems, road network, landscaping work, parking area).
• Manage the overall maintenance of the project schedule by performing updates on a weekly basis. Report performance baseline measurement using Earned Value Technique.
• Report productivity rate variances (manpower resources) and provide KPI to meet project completion on a timely manner.
• Attending weekly progress meeting between client and consultant.
• Analyze scope change and assess impact to project schedule.
• Perform claim (EOT) based from the variations and scope change in the project.
• In-charge of the overall management of the project.
• Develop the overall sequence of work from foundation retro-fit work to the erection of steel framing.
• Prepare the baseline schedule which includes the resource histogram, critical path layout and cash flow.
• Attend coordination meeting among sub-contractors involve in the project.
• Coordinate to client the critical long lead items for timely delivery.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for clients.
• Prepare monthly interim payment certificate.
• Perform quantity estimate to establish material requirement for procurement purposes.
• Assist in the filling of documents for statutory requirements.
