Inspect and check the Empty/Full Container Van for its Condition while receive in the Terminal.
Check the Container inside and out for Damage/Defects, Dirt’s and its Condition.
Make specific report on Receiving Paper or EIR after the Checking/Inspection is done.
Support also as a Data Entry of all the EIR or Receiving Documents and prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
Fills supply requisitions; assists buyer to order adequate merchandise and supplies; delivers orders to Warehouse and Purchasing Staff.
Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and
confidential file destruction.
Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries,
warranties, repairs and surplus property.
Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Responsible in coordinating of all materials needed on Site operation and supervisory details of a central requisitioning section for the Site Installation.
Work involves detailed duties in requisitioning, receiving, reviewing and processing requests for supplies, materials, and equipment needed for specific projects and general maintenance activities. Work is performed under the general supervision of an administrative superior and requires the use of independent judgement and initiative.
Plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, pricing, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.

May participate in the selection, training and supervision of subordinates, when applicable.
Performs related and peripheral site-specific duties as required.
Responsible in issuing/controlling and monitoring the assembly and secondary section supplies.
Securing the enough supply of production area, to avoid the shut-off production process.
Monitor actual stocks and shortages, responsible in preparing all the necessary reports in case of shortages of the material that under my responsibility.
Responsible in conducting monthly stocktaking and year-end inventory.
Responsible in preparing of materials and finish products to be exported to Taiwan.
Responsible to know the quality and functions of certain materials/component. Assure and provide best alternative in case of unavailability of stocks particularly in production area and others.
