Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers. Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers. Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups. Analyze the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization. Create and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities. Identify advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
Participate in trade shows and conventions. Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures.
Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
Prepare schedule and handle inventory effectively. Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback. Performing regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales. Maintain and ensure compliance to established food quality and standards.
Manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities.
Coordinate with General Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records. Maintain personal records, schedules and reports for all employees.
Develop special, promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials.
Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service. Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintain effective store presentation. Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures.
Performing initial setup, software installation, testing, and security hardening of computer server systems. Performing daily operations of managing server systems. Maintaining software, including testing, evaluation and installation of new versions.
Troubleshooting hardware / software problems and system failures.
Work with hardware and software vendors to diagnose and correct problems.
Monitoring systems backup procedures and executes recovery operations when necessary.
Prepare documentation of systems and software for permanent records.
