• Responsible for the site validity, accessibility of the Proposed Sub Project Proposal.
• To honor and assist the Municipal Engineer in preparing Plans and Specification and the Estimate/Bill of Quantity.
• Preparing the lists of submittals of Construction Materials, Tools & Equipment and Permit for Commencements of work at site.
• Preparing Checklist, Request for Inspection, Materials submittal for Inspection, Testing and Construction monthly, weekly and Daily Reports.
• Site tracking on site as per approved Design drawing, Approved Material used at site and Progress of activities as per Schedule.
• Progress reporting of activities, tracking of Actual Manpower & Equipment usage and Actual Cost.
• Estimates Quantity of materials needed at site and site coordination with the project team to ensure the flow of construction activities as per given schedule and plan.
• Coordinate with the project design team and members of the project team for the availability of approved drawing at site, their status and approval.
