Undertake computer/scanner repairs and conduct preventive maintenance.
Provide technical assistance to customers via telephone when required.
Complete job cards to record all work done and submit to supervisor/administrator weekly.
Notify customer of the completion of the work, delay or if any extra cost will be added for additional work.
Coordinate with the administrator to obtain spare parts for both warranty and non warranty units/items.
Provide prices of various spare parts for PCs, Laptops, Printers and Scanners.
Keep up to date with latest spare parts, software/programs and technology application by training of products/partners and downloading/updating information from internet.
External work: Axis CCTV Digital Security Camera Installation (Indoor and outdoor) trouble shoot connection CAT6, Fiber Optics to workstation.
Build and test complete computer systems.
Install Software Programs and any Applications customer requested.
Provide Technical Support to End-Users within the organization.
Determine Identify and Troubleshoot technical problems relating to software and hardware.
Troubleshooting End-user system problems, installed and configured workstations, network printers and network interface cards.
Effectively communicate technical information to a walk in and phone calls customers for improving their computer needs.
