Repairing Troubleshoot Laptop/Desktop, Fujitsu Scanners, Projectors and Xerox Printers.

Deal with Problems mostly like, blue screen errors, usb port problem, power jack repairs, overheating, Dead motherboards but have a power, no display but all lights are on, hard drive corrupted or partition deleted and need to recover pst. files or any important documents, AC-in loose. Provide technical assistance to customers via telephone when required.

Complete job cards to record all work done and submit to supervisor/administrator weekly.

Notify customer of the completion of the work, delay or if any extra cost will be added for additional work.

Coordinate with the administrator to obtain spare parts for both warranty and non warranty units/items.

Provide prices of various spare parts for PCs, Laptops, Printers and Scanners.

Keep up to date with latest spare parts, software/programs and technology application by training of products/partners and downloading/updating information from internet.
