- Lead the planning and implementation of projects including but not limited to Substations Electrical and civil works, ADDC MV and LV networks and street lighting.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements for Substations, 11, 22 and 33Kv network as well as LV network and overhead lines up to 33 KV

Major Duties:
•Responsible for developing of electrical Design and proposal for feeding arrangement drawings and review design drawing received during tendering stage.
•Responsible for assistant of Estimation Dept. for pricing schedule and BOQ Generation for tender applications.
•Generate RFIs (Request for Information) for electrical Design and drawing issued for constructions.
•Budget estimation for Different Project Stages (including material, manpower and Equipment’s)
•Assist projects Manager to Generate Base line Programs in coordination with Planning Departments for Electrical Installation works.
•Responsible for Material submittals approvals and Follow up of all material including but not limited to electrical equipment’s, cables, terminations, joints and accessories for approval as per materials specifications and approved ADWEA material / vendor list.

•Coordination with authorities, NOCs, NOIs and Permits Departments before start site activities.
•Attend regular meetings with top management, consultant and client to provide update on project progress.
•Coordination with authorities/consultant for relocation/diversion activities whenever require.
•Initiate and flow up startup activities as per approved shop drawing, materials and method statements.
•Follow up Site activities while installation processes as per approved shop drawing/ material and standards and make sure the job done as per the planned schedule.
•Applying for (LAP, PTW) permits and shutdown in coordination with ADDC.
•Prepare site investigations reports and coordinate with ADDC to particular power supply source.
•Coordinate with ADDC for design and approvals and issuance work orders.
•Evaluate, organizing and prioritizing work with in the overall project schedule as per approved Base line Program.

Major Duties:
•Ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and client/End user requirements by directing and coordinating supplying, installation, maintenance, testing/commissioning activities and documentation, support.
•Responsible for developing infrastructure electrical shop drawings including but not limited to Substation Equipment layout, substations single line diagram, earthling system, small power& lighting for substations, HV/LV networks, street lighting networks and sector measuring points along with Single line diagram and load schedule
•Measuring points for water works, Street lighting and temporary facilities at site.
•Coordination with consultants/authorities for material and drawings approval for HV/LV and street lighting networks.
•Reviews method of statements to comment as per the design intent and project requirements before submission for approval.
•Supervise site tests, measure work done and write daily reports.
•Coordination with authorities/consultant for relocation/diversion activities when required
•Calculation of voltage drops as per specification and propose location for installation of equipment whenever required.
