• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
• Build applicant sources and networks to find qualified passive candidates by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, social and professional networking sites and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements and job descriptions.
• Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions and coordinate preparing and sending new employee orientation packages.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and compiles and reports trends to management for.
• Assist in implementing Training & development plan and Coordinate all training programs for all employees.
• Assist in conducting performance appraisal and generating a variety of Human Resources outcome reports.
• Coordinate and attend a range of organization wide meetings, forums, job fairs, events relevant to Human Recourses and accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed
• Provide Vodafone Egypt customers with all required information related to the company products and services.
• Follow up all customers related issues, provide timely feedback to Vodafone Egypt Customers and be a driver for customer’s satisfaction and Loyalty.
• Perform standardized activities and tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Pro-actively reinforce Vodafone’s customer care proposition during all contacts.
• Handle all USB and mobile internet basic trouble shooting related issues.
• Directly coordinate with customers to assist them with any questions or issues arising from their use of Vodafone’s business solutions and hardware.
