The company engaged in the construction of luxury chain hotels and service apartment around the capital of Bangladesh. Current Projects- Courtyard Marriott and Element by Westin.
-Responsible for project management of MEP services including HVAC, Fire Detection and Protection system, plumbing, STP etc.
-Design Review of HVAC system and FIre-Fighting System
-Installation and Commissioning of HVAC system
-Developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as per ASHRAE and ISPE guideline
-Implementation of SOP by performing operation and maintenance of HVAC system
-Assist and coordinating with Vendor/ supplier for installation, commissioning and validation of system
MEP engineer in Courtyard Marriott Chittagong construction
Preparation of BOQ of HVAC, PLUMBING, FIRE HYDRANT, STP, WTP services
Coordinate with MEP consultant and Vendors as for Client site
Conducted experiment and flow simulation in helically coiled reactor, A new reactor concept was developed in the content of my master thesis allowing a new research area for department.
Supervise production, Installing dust collector, train operators, supervise operations on horizontal and vertical boring machine, edge banding machine, bend saw, two spindle shaper machine etc according to the product design and did 2 months training in China.
Taught weekly classes to more than 40 apprentice technicians,
Led learning enhancement classes focused on improving academic and people skills needed for success in the workforce.
Instructed through lectures, discussions and demonstrations in Mechanics, Machine Tools and Mathematics.
