• Leading a team of eight on-field Screeners to collect actual and on-time data for construction projects in the Eastern Province for both private and corporate developers.
o The data is used to determine current/ future market size and, so, the company market share.
• Preparing a monthly report that shows the change in market size per construction phase for residential units.
o This report is used to target customers in each phase with the right products.
• Participating in the marketing studies to increase both customers acquisition and spending.
• Conducting customers brand awareness project.
• Analyzing the increase and the decrease of sales on daily, weekly, and monthly basis by using SAP software.
• Monitoring and reporting the change in the mega-store daily visitors and customers.
• Coordinating distribution of customers gift packages through various marketing campaigns.
o To attract targeted customers who have been called and convinced to visit the store.
• Following all currant construction projects in the Eastern Province through Ventures Middle East.
o All projects under construction in the Eastern Province.
o Determine whether project are governmental or private
o The cost of each project.
• Keeping the research unit promptly updated about market trends and changes through searching governmental websites and newspapers articles.

Market Size KPIs:
1- Determine the market size for different client segments such as; Private New/Private Existing/Corporate, through different methods and variety of resources that include: (Charts from Municipality, Credit Bank, Public Authority of Housing Welfare/ Historical Data/ External and Internal Studies/ Surveys) with a monthly update of the building phase for residential owners in Kuwait Market and that of Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia
2- Forecast the market size of buildings and furniture after collecting the data from different resources for each of Kuwait’s Market and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
3- Calculate periodically the share of Abyat in the market with its different categories, as well as client segments throughout Kuwait’s market and that of Saudi Arabia Eastern Province.
4- Collect data from residential unit owners under construction (Address/ Owner Name/ Phone call Data/ Type of Building) no less than 80% of the total number of units under construction in Kuwait and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Project
Development of a database through Google Drive contains all important data belong to private and to corporate customers that aimed to develop the R&D department and other department including all managers:
The goal of the database to the Research &Development department:
o Monitor the eight screeners online through their iPads to determine the quality and the quantity of their work, their location, and sign tasks immediately to save as much time as possible.
o Get customers' information list by zone and by city to lunch a season campaign.
o Have all reports ready at any moment including all charts, graphs, tables, and data without using Microsoft Office.
o Watch out the executed and the new units under construction in the eastern province day by day to answers managers at any time.
o Guaranty the speed and the accuracy of the screeners work.
The goal of the database to the other departments:
o To get the exact addresses for customers for delivery purposes used by after sales department after screeners take GPS coordinates through Google map and put them in the database .
o To get the right list of customers specific segments to inform them by sales team about new offers which belong to their phase of building construction.
o To get customers' information by Customer Service team to follow up customers' complaints and customers' questions.
o To get the number of Private New, Private Existing, and Corporate segment by managers to determine whether to launch a campaign or not.
