• Spearheading the process of establishing the human resources department in a way that enables the ministry to achieve its objectives while also attaining employee confidence.
• Developing job descriptions for all staff members, managers, and executives, in line with the directives of the ministry, and defining the compensation and benefits as well.
• Involved in the planning, drafting, and finalization of various HR Policies and Procedures, guidelines for employees, code of conduct document etc.
• Formulating and rolling-out the critical Employee Relations and Engagement strategy, while taking the lookout of staff members as well as the ministry into consideration.

• Handled the HR planning function since the inception of the department, based on the customized HR requirements of the commission and lead organizational development initiatives.
