- Signing of contracts and negotiation for the rental value of sites.
- Search in the Market for new Client needs IBS services.
- Prepare the Budget of the Project.
- Follow-up of civil works for the project and develop plans for implementation.
- Follow-up the Telecom Work & Coordination assistance for the purchase of tools and hardware needed.
- Hand Over the sites after the operation, and ensure the safety of all quality standards.
• Access coordination’s:
- for all STC sites or exchanges, Help contractors to get the closing locations to work out at the level of all projects and across all regions of the Kingdom, and full responsibility for the safety of the sites after the end of the work
• Owner issues (resolve any issue with sites owner for all STC sites).
