1.Liaise with GM of the companies to develop and implement standard policies, processes and procedures
2.Develop, refine and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection or provide external consultants to ensure the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization or are promoted as per standard approved recruitment system.
3.To measure overall performance of HR, develop KPIs and strategic measures
4.Coordination with the GM of the companies in identify HR needs and in recruiting right level of HR
5.Coordinate with the GM of the companies for planning of new or changing positions and reviewing current job analyses and job descriptions to make sure the potential of the employees are utilized properly
6.Ensuring that the employees are paid legal and ethical, adequate, motivating, fair and equitable, cost-effective compensations and benefits as per contract with the employees and as per approved salary scale
7.Coordinate with GM of the companies in identifying training and development needs of the employees and ensuring that all the employees are provided opportunities of learning and development
8.Ensuring that employees are provided safe and healthy work environment i.e. employees are free from physical and mental illness
9.Auditing of these companies on the agreed procedures and processes to ensure that agreed system, procedure and processes have been implemented and send the auditing report to managing director
10.Ensuring that the HR files have been maintained and up-dated regularly
11.Develop, refine and fine-tune the salary scale and ensure that all the employees are paid salaries and other benefits and compensations as per approved salary scale.
12.Development of training monitoring system to ensure that the company is getting benefits from the training
13.Liaise with the external consultant agencies to conduct any kind of research required under area of responsibility of HR advisor
