Responsible the annual planning process & the combination of top-down target setting from the top management team and bottom-up customer forecast
- Lead S&OP process in parallel with factory parties including raw materials planning MRP, inventory management and orders shipment planning.
- Running Material Requirements Plan (MRP) & initiate supply chain requirements with focus being short to medium term (1 to 6 months) to ensure always being within DOI Target.
- Preparing rolling 12+ months Plan reflecting strategically projects improvement plan, material supply, capacity planning requirements & Opportunities with business activity plans to deliver business goals
- Provide planning reporting and analysis, financial requirements & Develop contingency scenarios to ensure business continuation with complex Planning Models (as needed)
- Track, analyze and present the information related to business priorities, analyze glass market updates to proactively adjust long-term business forecasts.
- Review past due production orders, sales and delivery orders & ABC classification revision for printing material & raw glass to ensure accurate demand & material planning.
- Ensures timely placement of all purchase orders necessary to meet production schedules
- Monitor and report critical demand and supply gaps, and drive investigation of root cause and resources needed for resolution
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Supply Chain planning processes and system
- Responsible on inventory & WIP Stock levels Vs the target & sharing monthly deviation report.
- Attend the monthly review for the factory policy update & standard operating process adherence
- Follow up with the maintenance team the progress and evolution of maintenance plan & the return on investment (ROI) after performing the maintenance & setting the database for the spare parts & its Consumables life cycle& running hours
- Reporting daily FG production, cutting program adherence, realization, quality, machine deviations, efficiency& Reject rates)
- Enhancing the reporting accuracy & conduct training sessions on excel to the area owners on excel to ensure proper documentation & reporting
- Prepare monthly production plan & ensure Plan completion and sequence, performance monitoring & evaluation.
- Responsible on annual Volume vs demand plan preparation till regional cluster center approval process.
- Manage Sales & Operation Plan (S&OP) process from factory side in collaboration with PMM and TBTD Customer Services
- Provide planning reporting and analysis, financial requirements & Develop contingency scenarios to ensure business continuation with complex Planning Models
- Schedule the Monthly Forecast Review meeting (MFR) in collaboration with demand planning & manage the root-cause process, Demand/Supply Bias during Monthly Review.
- Responsible on KPIs reporting, communication with other affiliates & preparing Top Management visit presentation.
- Ensure accurate MRP and setting the strategy of depletion for dual sourcing materials.
- Insure daily follow up with PSD for low coverage materials, and considering alternatives to avoid any production stoppage.
- Ensure accurate Monthly Stock Taking Process on SAP and the reconciliation with Ops Finance team
- Review Bill of Material (BOM) on SAP & Monitor the monthly Waste % for the tobacco & direct material.
- Following closely the cluster meeting minutes and submitting the updates on-going and LRP projects
- Manage the monthly KPI preparation, presentation & monthly planning review with the relevant parties
- Liaise with the Marketing and PD teams on new product launches phases and production execution
- Lead & Support the project implementation (MRP SAP Implementation, PM Egypt Glow SAP Education Platform, SAP Security Changes, Actual Costing Project, DUV Implementation)
- Control the Productivity initiative process & responsible for factory performance visualization
- Enhancing the reports to minimize the human interfering targeting to decrease the human errors and the time needed for preparation and directing the gap for more analysis and development
- Responsible for nominating and interviewing new employees for the departments
- Set up the training materials and setting the procedures and guidelines for department.
- Prepare short and mid-term plan reflecting the operation details considering FG stock level and resources capacities.
- Ensure timely production response preventing high or low stock level and take proactive action minimizing LOGD and OOS
- Running material requirement planning (MRP) and sharing the monthly orders with procurement team.
- Preparing weekly replenishment plan & coordinate with logistic team for shipment priorities from bonded warehouse.
- Provide analysis and reports to top management with structured and accurate information to support decision making.
- Conduct long-term machine capacity analysis in line with volume evolutions guiding on new investment requirements.
- Calculating the monthly incentive and printing fees reports
- Prepare presentations and supportive documents to reflect latest projection to fulfill Operations Management’s requests.
- Calculating and monitoring the CF and DIM waste Reports & analyze the reason that bridging from month to month result.
- Ensuring smooth transition for the new material and new product launch with minimal LOGD following to the IMS date that communicated from marketing team.
- Prepare presentations and supportive documents to reflect latest factory, market information to fulfill operations Management guidelines.
- Review plan data from all entities and review variances and performance as appropriate.
- Reporting daily FG production and movement, realization, quality, machine deviations, uptime, efficiency& Reject rates)

- Maintain material master, mater recipe and define the production versions on SAP
- Closing the month on SAP after stock count to match the physical.
- Analyzing regularly the machine performance before and after corrective maintenance
- Scheduling sales orders and coordinate with sales department about due date and orders Priority.
- Prepare monthly plan according to priority of orders, available material, planned orders & operating capacity.
- Analyze the tenders and make decisions on it and suggest supply program (i.e. Lead times, lot sizes order quantities).
- Analyze historical data including sales trends, planned orders, to forecast the closest rightly customer demand and provide supply chain with appropriate information to allow planning on how to meet demand specially we produced make to order due to many variances between transformers.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate levels of parts and raw materials to meet our safety level.
