Duties Prepare monthly Payment had different category of attendance
(Manpower, Tools & Equipments, Materials, Preliminaries and
Subcontractors works), follow all Commercial matters with
Consultant, meeting attendance, preparing Cost Estimation for
Contract Addendum, preparing Comparison sheet for different
Scope of works awarded by client, coordination with
Procurement.

Assist the Commercial Manager who takes prime responsibility for advising Commercial Director on the commercial and risk elements of the contract / subcontracts, and constantly monitors and controls the costs involved.
Preparation of required documentation in relation to subcontract works.
Provide cost estimates as directed by the Subcontract manager to issue claims and back charges.
Monitor and assess activities, status and progresses on site for the required issuance of completion report and construction progress.
Prepare and follow up interim applications for payment with the client and liaise with Accounts/Credit Control to secure payment.
All other tasks that may be reasonably requested by your management team.
Super vise project activities including Earth Works, Road Works, Bridge Works and culverts works
To Study different type of new tendering, comparing Quantity
B.O.Q With the
same quantity in drawing's, preparing the document of different projects section and details of B.O.Q items and submitted to supplier to get price
Handling over all required civil works such as excavation works, backfilling, Tiles reinstatement, Asphalt reinstatement and maintenance, 132Kv substation construction.
Supervision 132kv substation construction, including site works, skeleton works, internal finishes, insulation works and MEP works.
Distribution daily activities at foreman to achieve high progress for the project.
Daily coordination with client and consultant, including sites visit to monitoring quantity, quality and specification of the works.
Follow up all safety requirements in sites and matching it’s with other Authorities requirement.
Claim and collects all civil sites measurement as per B.O.Q.
Dealing with subcontractors for sites activities, sites problems, sites measurements and invoices payments.
