Translates the department objectives and strategies into an actionable sales, coverage, distribution and visibility plan in assigned district to ensure the achievement and maximization of the company’s brand growth as well as profitability objectives:
Job Responsibilities:
▪ Develop and implement regional sales and distribution plans to meet profitability targets.
▪ Communicate the sales forecasts by product, month, area, and channel of the region.
▪ Allocate individual sales targets to the sales team based on the approved monthly targets.
▪ Monitor sales staff performance on a daily basis and resolve issues as soon as they occur.
▪ Supervise sales activities within assigned areas and units to ensure sales targets are met.
▪ Manage all administrative procedures to ensure that sales personnel are implemented.
▪ Review and analyze monthly, weekly and daily sales reports and take appropriate corrective action.
▪ Manage regional trade customers through the development and implementation of account plans.
▪ Liaise with marketing team to ensure adequate marketing support.
▪ Ensures the effective execution of promotional and special marketing events.
▪ Maintain and expand clients’ base by counseling district sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies covering business terms, service, space allocation, planned and adhoc display activity, promotions and activations for achievement of the agreed business objectives for the Supermarket/Key Account Channel.
Job Responsibilities:
▪ Implementation of merchandise through operational standards.
▪ Achieve distribution objectives across all key account.
▪ Controlling stock level and eliminating returns and monitoring slow moving, near expiry items.
▪ Creating merchandising Route plans to ensue coverage of all key accounts.
▪ Ensue implementation of signed contracts with clients (physical spaces and display areas).
▪ Provide close out report with the detailed analysis of the promotion campaign.
▪ Achieving 100% listing for new and promoted items as per listing target.
▪ Achieving 100% implementation of Planogram as per the guidelines from the Marketing Dept.
▪ Proposing ideas for visibility and with best rate of return to company.
▪ Ensuring that physical shelf spaces are being utilized fully as per contracts.
▪ Developing tracking tools to ensure that sampling is executed in accordance to plans.
▪ Manage the Merchandisers vacation plan and ensure proper implementation.
▪ Supervise merchandising team and providing training courses for them.
▪ Implement (plan o gram) standard with (FIFO) policy.
▪ Responsible for Key accounts and "A" class retail outlets.
▪ Monitor team’s performance for distinguished displays to increase visibility and increase sales.
▪ Ensuring the availability of stock and control over stock.
▪ Manage the proper display of signage and favorable shelf placement.
▪ Performed inventory audits regularly, and resolve issues that may arise.
▪ Monitor execution of all promotional campaigns to boost sales volume.
▪ Monitoring sales volume, inspecting inventory levels, and maintaining in-store promotional materials throughout the promotional period.
