Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Selection - Assisting in the smooth running of the recruitment process, proofing job descriptions and placing adverts, monitoring the HR inbox, being the first point of contact for applicant queries internal and external, logging job applications, arranging, conducting competency based interviews, screening applicants, head hunting, preparing and issuing offer letters, completing the documentation for visa processing, conducting follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting, liaise with external agencies for job advertisements
• On boarding and mobilization - Coordination with the PRO for complete legal documentation, supervising the ticketing, coordinating with the camp boss for accommodation arrangement and organizing the induction process for new staff
• Providing professional and customer service focused HR administrative support to all departments, assisting with redeployment, redundancies and end of contracts
• Coordinating performance reviews, monitoring probation confirmations and monitoring employee development
• Workplace Environment (disciplinary, grievances and overseas travel)
• Leave management (annual, sick, maternity, compensation leaves)
• Managing Exit procedure (exit interviews and feedback, IT deactivation)
• Salary Benchmarking (comparing internal and external salaries, analysing, reporting and providing recommendations)
• Retention and Succession planning
• KPI and Business reporting
• Maintenance of personnel records on HR database
• Involved in setting up procedures for HR with regular updates in policies
Responsibilities
• Recruitment: Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, recruit and select candidates. Draft and place recruitment ads in various local and international mediums to source potential candidates. Actively involved in the complete life cycle of recruitment process.
• On boarding & Induction: Ensure smooth on boarding and induction process for all new joiners (offer letter, confidentially agreement, IT activation and enrolment in company medical insurance policy) to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Exit Procedure: Update records for the resigned staff, conduct exit interview, process final
• Settlement and coordinate with other departments for clearance.

• Performance Management: Assist HR Manager in performance management process through setting KPIs for each department, team and individuals and conducting annual appraisals linking the rewards to set targets
• Payroll: Prepare process and distribute payroll. Maintain payroll related reports like annual leave reports, overtime sheets, additions and deduction reports.
• HR Information System: Maintain smooth running of Human Resources Information System to facilitate leave applications
• Salary certificates and staff welfare.
• HR Policy: Assisting in implementing HR policies and guidelines and ensuring compliance with corporate strategy, culture and UAE Labour law.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a link between management and staff by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related conflicts.
• Visa processing: Apply for new employment visa and renewals in compliance with UAE immigration and labor laws.
• Budgeting: Assist HR Manager in preparing manpower budget and updating resource allocations.
• Medical and Life Insurance: Coordination and negotiating with insurance companies for medical and life insurance and analyzing data to be presented to senior management.
• Probation confirmation: Prepare and roll out probation confirmation forms, coordinate with head of the departments following the deadlines and prepare confirmation letters.
Responsibilities
• Working closely with line managers to understand their staffing needs and to manage the full recruitment life cycle from interview to on boarding and induction.
• Handle staff grievances & disciplinary issues and provide appropriate guidance to line managers for efficient & satisfactory resolution of the same in line with HR policies procedures and undertake suitable measures to aid retention.
• Facilitate smooth transition of employees exiting the organization by coordinating with the relevant departments in ensuring payment of final settlement dues.
• Maintain suitable documentations & updated information on all unit level HR initiatives & activities.
• Administering the quarterly and annual salary review process, from analysis to creating reviews sheets and issuing letters to staff and updating the data on to payroll.
• Work with the Learning & Development Team and the Unit training managers to ensure that training needs are identified and addressed through appropriate training initiatives.
