C) Senior Area Administrator (Assist to H.R. Director) 1989 - 1991
• In charge of all day-to-day administrative activities including store managing for both Makkah and Jeddah areas, reporting to the group Administration, Human Resource Director.
• Project updating and arranging manpower reports, coordination with sites solving employees problems, disputes transferring administrators and support staff between sites, termination notices and warnings for employees, inspection and site visits, assistant personnel and manpower management.
