Founded Purple Cedar Animation studio a start up company as an entrepreneur incubated by the Ministry of ICT in Qatar. I have gained experience and acquired experience in multiple fields in managing various tasks during my time period at PCA Studio including:
- Leading a team of 8 (in house & overseas employees, freelancers and full time employees).
- Marketing, market research and public relations. Researching the market trends in relation to the cultural, social and educational development in the region's animation market. Creating the branding and identity of the business including participating in exhibitions like Qitcom 2014 in Qatar & Big Entertainment Show 2014 in Dubai.
- Agile project management, develop production plans, pipeline and schedules. Assigning tasks, using scrum to develop and launch the minimum viable product.
- Pre-Production. Brainstorming and creating concepts for audio and visual production, writing scripts & treatments, casting for voice overs.
- Post production. Adding subtitles, overlooking the look and feel of production, visual effects, lighting, rendering & composting 3D Animation, audio and music sampling.
