As a program director, I am responsible for managing a SR1.2Bn worth portfolio of programs and projects from starting of the development of the scope until full acceptance and closure.

Lead PMO at Vision Realization Office - Ministry of Health

Worked with the selected consulting firm under the Corporatization and Model of Care Program in order to build the process of the PMO and the capability of the local team to take over the PMO function that is managing the whole program and all its subprograms.
Also responsible to oversee the activity executed by the PMO including the periodical planning cycle, continues risk identification and management and the management of interdependencies.
In addition, as we are in the process of building the local team and capability to run the Corporatization and Model of Care program, I was wearing different hats
 Commercial Manager: where I worked closely with the procurement and finance department in order to develop the RfPs for the projects under the main program and manage the contracts after awarding. In addition, and to be able to track the performance of each contract, I’ve developed sets of KPIs that help to track the contract performance.
 Change Management Consultant: work with the consulting firm to build the Change management framework that will be applied to providers.

GWIS Credit Card Maintenance
GWIS (Group Workflow Image System) Used to ease the flow of documents and minimize the time taken to process customers' requests. This was applied to loan and credit card applications only. The credit card maintenance unit requested to get benefit from this powerful tool. Key involvement in this project:
• Help in creation of business case.
• Identify the affected department and units of this project.
• Clarify the scope of this project.
• Map all current processes and re-visit them to remove any possible defect.
• Write the detailed requirements with the help of business departments.
• Plan the project implementation from business side along with the help from IT, plan the migration process needed to move from paper based to an automated workflow and prepare a fallback plan in case the failure in migration.
• Prepare a weekly report to be presented to the head of personal finance department (Project Sponsor).
