- Attending to all incoming inquiries of volunteers, invoice them for their stays and track the payments.
- Handling the placement process for volunteers including collection of all paperwork, obtaining required Visas and organize all the necessary arrangements with the islands to which volunteers are placed at.
- Manage all the government related jobs, including taxation works.
- Travel to the islands that volunteers are sent to collect required information's pictures and make information flayers and leaflets.
- Greet volunteers on arrival and attend to them during their stay in Male' making arrangements for hotel stay and other necessities till they take the transfers to the islands.
- Make arrangements for volunteers if requested to visit or stay at resorts during their stay.
- Updating volunteer Maldives website, FB page.
- Handled all the reservation and sending the invoices and confirmations.
- Preparing arrival departure lists for the Captain.
- Make arrangements for weekly supplies, prepare supply list coordinate and arrange the transfers.
- Manage all the governments related jobs including taxation work, renewal of certifications, registrations and permits including the boats, pork, liquor and etc.
- Manage all the cash purchases for weekly supplies and handling the office petty cash.
- Attend to all maintenance requirements of the ship and boats coordinate with the engineering parties from outside and arrange all maintenance works.
- Prepare travel agents contracts and send them to all tour operators once the Marketing and sales manager confirm the rates for every period plus on promotions once advised from the Marketing and sales Manager prepare the promotion leaflets and send out the tour operators.
- Ensuring the whole operations runs smoothly from the office side and from Male'.
- In absence of the GRO works as the GRO .
- Handling of the reservation of allocated resorts attending to all incoming inquiries from Japan and contacting the resorts and sending confirmations back to Japan.
- Preparing accounts twice a month for payment to the resorts of the allocated resorts.
- Visiting resorts for inspections.
- Preparing monthly reports for operation department of all the confirmed bookings.
- Supervising and when ever required attending to all front office works at the reception.
- Manage and approve all the staff off days and leave of front office staff and launch section staff and maintain off day and leave records off all staff of the resort.
- Ensuring the computer network is properly maintained and ensure all the computer systems are in working condition, repairing and maintaining of the computers and the network.
- Doing duty managers shift on allocated days and manage the duty manager roster.
- Attend to all staff complains and ensure it is resolved by communicating with concerned people.
- Preparing daily transfer schedules and organize all the daily transfers.
- Welcoming all guests, checking in and outs of the guests plus seeing them off at departure from resort.
- Answering all the incoming calls.
- Preparing daily arrival departure lists.
- Taking the payments of guests and maintaining the running bills of the in house guests.
- Promoting, booking and arranging the excursions for guest.
- Attending to in house guest complains and concerns and queries.
- Accompanying with guest occasionally on excursions and specially to Male' when they come for hospital.
- Work as an airport representative in the absence of the regular airport representative.
Secondary Education Edexcel London GCE O' Level, English, Maths, Physics, Biology and Chemistry.
