In charge of cross rental business of KCT in Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for positive growth and profit in department.
Perform prospecting for new clients via cold calling, email marketing, project visits etc.
Monitor and maintain information of rental fleet.
Directs and supervise activities of rental department to companies involved in rental business operations.
Confer with customer to ascertain article required, duration of rental time, and responsibility for maintenance and repair, in order to determine rental or leasing charges.
Prepares rental or lease agreement, specifying charges and payment procedures, for use of equipment
Direct activities of workers engaged in bookkeeping, record and inventory keeping, and in checking, handling, servicing or maintaining in-house, leased, or rented machines.
Supervise operation and maintenance of assigned equipment for adherence to departmental procedures and safety regulations.
Receive customer inquiries and make quotations as per customer requirements.
Follow up with customers against submitted quotations (until win or loss) and update quotation status report.
Write Rental contracts; maintain all paperwork associated with the rental contracts and close them as per written conditions.
Generate work orders, for equipment’s repairs, supporting service teams in correspondence with client for necessary documentation.
Update daily work orders in system (Rental Man )
Coordinate the delivery of rental equipment and other light equipment to job sites as requested.
Inspect returned equipment and prepare inspection report and charge for damages if any.
Inform Customer and make Invoice for excess hour’s usage.
REPORTING
Monitor credit issues, make reports and follow up for delay payments.
Maintain comprehensive records for each item of equipment with respect to down time, mechanical malfunctions and repairs necessary.
Assembles reports on the suitability, reliability, availability and operating costs of various models of equipment.
Assists managers in determining the required specifications for new equipment by sending enquiries to dealers, getting quotations and make comparison.
Prepare and maintain daily time sheets.
Prepare and maintain daily equipment logs.
Prepare overtime sheets for workshop staff.
Responsible for the sales of earth moving & material handling equipments of different brands. Working with a team of 3 members and reporting to Branch Manager.
Generation of equipment requirement and advice on the appropriate equipment or best possible alternate.
Sales forecast and preparation of sales action plan to meet the targets.
Arrange demo or machine walk around.
Negotiation with customer to close the deal.
Coordinate with customer & company (service, parts & accounts).
Develop & maintain the major accounts such as semi government & private owned organizations.
Submit quotes to customers and negotiate as necessary to secure the contracts
Work with Branch Manager to bring in new business.
Managing comprehensive sales process that begins with cold calling and concept selling.
Forecasting requirement for all brands for every month.
Planning and organizing demonstrations of customers each month.
Maintain and strengthen good relations with clients through personal contacts, meetings and telephone calls.
Maintaining detailed data base of prospects and customers, documenting sales calls to facilitate follow-ups.
Helping management in forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions.
Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales department.
Keep up to date on market trends and new product
Responsibilities
- Implement divisional set strategies to achieve growth objectives and enhance overall sales achievements.
- Plan and carry out direct field sales activities within the assigned territory to meet agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
- Manage and follow up existing key accounts in the different market segments within the territory.
- To prepare tenders technical offers and to check all legal terms and conditions.
- To regularly review sales targets as well as ensure proper collection of receivables & debtor days
- Prepare and deliver product technical presentations that explain product features, competitive advantages or services to prospective customers.
