Job Responsibility (BTCL Project)
• Equipment installation location and environmental research
• Collection of accurate design and installation data of the equipment
• Adjusting BOQ after Site Survey
• Estimate materials needed, laying and installation planning, redundancy and scalability consideration
• Material ordering and delivery:
• Appropriate amount of timely delivery and strict enforcement factory inspection.
• Transport Network and service network integration testing, performance testing of each equipment.
• Understand customer priorities and BD constraints in order to build action plan and follow up of the action plans;
• Decide with the GPM and the Operation Manager the operational strategy;
• Report in writing to the customer (progress reports) and all necessary reports needed for the project
• Participate to all meetings concerning planning and priorities intra Alcatel-Lucent and between Alcatel-Lucent and the customer;
• Contribute to the “intelligence” of the project, assist offers department;
• Contribute to set up the project organization and to elaborate the Project Management Plan;
• Ensure the consistency of Alcatel-Lucent commitments from the proposals to the contracts (delivery list, planning and milestones).
• Drives overall field & logistics activities;
• Sets-up the weekly field operation planning;
• Supervises and controls field realization, by directly managing operational teams;
• Ensuring the interface with the customer’s representatives;
