The OEM Technical SalesEngineer supports the Steam Turbine Execution Center of the Asia Pacific promoting the sale of OEM service products. The OEM Technical Sales Engineer leads the opportunity development process from identification/screening to project capture. The OEM Technical Sales Engineer will lead in the up-front positioning of the project, the commercial and technical coordination of the tendering effort, and the negotiation and closing of the contract with customer.

preparation on major OEM opportunities. Take
lead in customer negotiation.
- Be aware of competitors’ strategy and capabilities
to aid in the development of market intelligence
and pricing compatible with local expectations
- Be aware of on-going design developments and
improvements in order to be able to offer the
complete current range of company products.
- Review target pricing for OEM service products.
Regular analysis and updating of pricing / market
price curves, direct feedback into pricing strategies
- Support development of capture plans for OEM key
opportunities
- Support theGlobal Sales Asia Pacific activities for
key OEM opportunities
- Drive continuous feedback loop of lessons learnt
and competitor analyse

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Manage the promotion and sales of Coolcare Parts in his reapective area while supporting the
Sales Team through the provision of technical support in order to ensure the team delivers
Their required Sales Target as defined by the Business.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1. Technical Support - Provide technical support to the Sales Team when meeting with the
Customer/Client and their representatives in order to facilitate the Sales team successful sales
pitch leading to sales order.
- Assist the Coolcare Parts Sales and MCD Sales service teams on technical guidance and support with customer's requirements.
- 2. Sales Target Achievement - Fulfill the Sales Target as defined in the Annual Sales Target in order to ensure Company's expectation and delivered in line wih it's Business Plan.
- Develop and obtain new contracts/sales with government and business entities
- - Liaison with different Business Units ( e.g. Unitary & Applied etc.) for possible new project
- Neetwork and interact with the different business/government agencies or departments for new possible ventures/business
- Develop and expand the dealer networks for Coolcare Parts products.
3. Control Receivables - Monitor and control receivables within the defined requirements of the
Business Unit in order to minimize suspended proceeds/yield which are not utilized effectively by the company and its operation.
- Prepare reports on pending receivables for proper monitoring and reference of management.
4. Market Feedback - Monitor and evaluate present and potential market trends in order to report to the General Manager-Coolcare Parts to serve as reference tool for future planning.

Summary of Functions:
Responsible for sales and marketing of VELTRUP High-Pressure Water System for various industries such as power industry, chemical and petrochemical industry, food and beverage industry, commercial building and sewage/drainage systems.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, sales calls and other official business in relation to sales and marketing of VELTRUP pipe cleaning services to potential clients.
- Prepares weekly planner as well as monthly sales report.
- Conduct technical presentations and business activities to prospective clients.
