I am overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity. In addition, I play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and distributors.
My current position as Operations Manager overseeing the production of goods and provision of services, responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental and organizational operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

• Resolve customer complaints or general dissatisfaction. Dispatching daily food products with high Quality standard in accordance of QA policies. My duties also include sales forecasting and planning of sales promotions in cooperation with other managers, creating a positive culture where the work can get done.
My position as Production Manager Ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

I oversee a group of 200 Staff associates. I handle requirements for compliance to all Stores, Maintain HACCP and Food Safety-Safe compliance. My duties also include responsibility for the management of Night shift employees, including training, scheduling, and discipline.

Dispatching daily food products with high Quality standard in accordance of QA policies.
Record food usage/wastage in daily logs, order food supplies, and collaborate with Morning shift manager on how to cut food costs, Assign duties to serving staff, assist servers whose sections are busier during peak hours.
