-Leading a team of supervisors, technicians, outsourced vendors and FM Contractors to undertake all preventive/corrective maintenance as well as supervision of new project works which includes inputs on design, site supervision/management and review of drawings, proposals, method statements, risk assessment and material submittals.
- Good leadership and mentoring qualities to build a dynamic team to ensure that all capital assets within his jurisdiction are always in immaculate condition.
- participating in the training and handover process for all new facilities and systems pertaining to his area of responsibility and any additional task assigned by the senior management.
-planning schedules, monitor, review, delegate and supervise for all preventive/corrective works in accordance to the manufacturer’s & statutory regulations and requirements;
-supervising and manage of all new projects so as to ensure timely completion with international standard quality;
-Responsible for the maintenance of the following systems/equipment’s/infrastructure but not limited to this building interior/exterior facades/fabrics, all types of floor/wall finishes, structural, architectural, drainages, roof works, all types of waterproofing works, car-parks, driveways(both rigid/asphalt surfaces) and various types of shades;

1. Co-ordinate with the Architect/ Engineer for information and details required for work.
2 Planning and implementation of the construction works.
3. Sub-contractors co-ordination and control.
4. Preparation of materials and labor estimates monthly valuation reports and progress report.
5. Site measurements, general supervision and preparation of work program.
6. Test, analysis and evaluation of construction materials.
7. Preparation of shop drawing and detailed design for civil works, supervision for fiber optics laying.
8. Preparation of bill of quantities and material schedule for various proposed project.
9. Designated construction controls of engineering structures and cable trench laying.
10. Detailed Surveying & Design for tendering processes involved in tender document preparation for Essar fiber connectivity in the project.
11. Preparation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards
-Supervision of construction works of roads and driange
-Preparation of bill of quantities and material schedule for various proposed project.
-Structural design using software like Prokon Staad.pro and RCspread sheet.
-Using AutoCAD in preparing structural engineering layouts and reinforced concrete detail.
-Site visiting and inspection of ongoing work.
