Service Engineer - Measurement, Instrumentation and Control systems OMJ controls on contract to FMC tech.
- ADCOP project in Fujairah. This project consists custody transfer metering system for crude oil.
Meter type; MVTM turbine & PD. Prover type; Bi-di.
- During tenure at ADCOP project, troubleshooting of PLC and control systems was my
primary task.
- Daily and monthly preventive maintenance was conducted by effectively distributed workload across the team.
- SOC crude oil metering system for Iraq. This project consists a custody transfer metering system for crude oil. Meter type:
MVTM turbine. Prover: SVP.
- During tenure at the SOC project, my main objective was preparing skid for inspection.
- Following this task, my second objective was to conduct the skid edge for all equipment on
the skid.
- YERP NGL project at Yanbu. This project consists custody transfer system for Diesel, Gasoline and Benzene.
Meter type: Turbine Prover type: Bi-di.
- During this project my primary objective was to prepare the control system for the FAT.
- My secondary objective was to test the control system and HMI to internally correct bugs before client witnessed the FAT.
- Since the FAT was not conducted in-house, the team had the privilege of constructing all simulation boards and equipment onsite.
