Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align workforce with key business strategies and initiatives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
Identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet company goals.
Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
Create effective strategic planning methods.
Identify data collection tools, data sources, benchmarks, and performance targets.
Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
Create competency models.
Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
Help employees create project timelines and deadlines.
Implement major changes in all aspects of operation.
Talk with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational goals.
Resolve conflict within groups.
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
Recommend training and development systems.
Create definitions of desired individual or group performance.
Recruitment Part:-
- Do all recruitment tasks required from our clients.
- Sourcing candidates according to every project.
- Handling calls with potential candidates to check with then every detail about their main job tasks.
- Preparing recruitment status report for the clients.
- Work & assist recruitment coordinator's in handling out clients requirements.
- follow up the mobilization process of candidates with the concerned employee & cooperate with our mobilization department to finish all required procedures.
Admin Work :-
- Sorting CV's in database according to every category of jobs.
- Editing CV on the company template.
- Documenting candidate's papers.
- Handle external calls.
- Handel interviews & candidates tests.
- Handle received e-mails.
- Do any required Entry.
- Prepare interview list.
- Do any other administrative work.
• Handel all complaints comes to top management
• Handle guest complaints quickly
• Escort the VIP patients
• Inspect VIP suites &rooms
• Weekly & monthly reports
• Help patient & visitors to fill the satisfaction survey
• Handle the help desk complaints
• VIP Program handling
• Handling written correspondence in English
• Communicate with guests and coordinate with the management in order to meet customers' needs
• upkeep a high service standard and smooth operation
• Plan and coordinate the provision of friendly, efficient services to patients
• Handle all the front desk complaints
