Is a well reputed organization and has six branches with the name of
1. Gift Village Trading L.L.C,
2. Gift Village Discount Center L.L.C,
3. Gift Village Trading Sharja L.L.C.
4. Guangzhou trading branch (Whole sale).
5. Emirates Lailas Fashion braches of Sharja and Shindagha (recently closed).
I have been working for two years with this group. I had worked in all above branches and currently working in HQ Gift Village Trading L.L.C on senior accountant position.
As follow I discuss some of my experiences and daily task.
• Follow GAAP rules strictly.
• Make Daily journal Entries and maintain Chart of Accounts.
• Maintain ledgers Opening and Ending Balances.
• Maintain Supplier accounts and their balances.
• Prepare financial statement, stock report and other necessary reports at month last for C.E.O and Finance chief.
• Making salary through PMS (Payroll Management System) software and transfer through Wages protection system to UAE Exchange and Bank.
• Account Payable: Manage and record Purchase from Local and abroad market and prepare Postdated cheques for suppliers according to their payment terms.
• Manage and control PDC flow.
• Reconciliation of Bank ledgers with bank statements at the end of month.
• Account receivables: Calculation and record of retail and wholesale shop daily sales, cash expenses, deposits, PDC receivables from market and maintain customers balances.
• Comparison, manually and theoretical calculation of Stock with Database system.
• Monthly Parties Balances Confirmation.
• Also outside activities like billing and dealing with other stack holders (Bank, Suppliers, and Customers etc).
• After Audit comparison of reports.
Work as Admin/Finance Assistant in “Flood Affected” Project:
• Where I manage a harmonious environment between office staff and liable those on their assign duties, to follow rules, punctuality of timing, keep record of their attendances, leave balances and also other requisition form.
• Supervise the Logistics, maintain vehicle log books, transport request forms and manage vehicle timings.
• Purchase office supplies, fuel for vehicles and other financial activities through a specific process include purchase order, purchase request and comparative sheets.
• Handle petty cash and request for next petty cash from HQ.
• Arrangement for meetings and disbursing of TA/DA Allowances amongst the EDO of different District & staff of UNHCR in UNHCR hub Office from organization side.

Experience as account assistant in a manufacturing company, where I use financial accounting (maintain journal, ledgers, trial balances of respective accounts and final reports), cost accounting, book keeping and deal with stakeholders (bank, customers, suppliers, employees.)
That was self-training or internship for six months on several seats, Remittance, Clearing, Foreign Exchange, Cashier, deal stakeholders and credit card services
