During my role as HRSC Rep., my major strengths include excellent communication skills, competent, strong team player, attention to detail, dutiful respect for compliance in all regulated environments.
My responsibilities include:
- Hiring and on-boarding
- Termination processing
- Training new hires in HR Service Center on all processes
- Promotions processing
- All HR transactional work for BH employees for Eastern Hemisphere region including but not limited to changes to personal information, reporting line changes, job changes, verification letters and all employee data changes on SAP.
During my role as a training coordinator, I acquired in-depth knowledge of:
• Organizing the courses dates, scheduling classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors.
• Registering candidates.
• Coordinating with trainees in regards to their visa, flights and accommodation.
I also have a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and am able to work under pressure.
• Management of office supplies and equipment to ensure 100% business continuity.
• Maintain stationary stock and order business cards for marketing managers.
• Submit all expense reports for marketing managers.
• Working as Office Assistant to the Office Manager.
• Responsible for the Division hotel booking and the follow up of all matters assigned by the Office Manager.
• Movement control for our Team in BOT for their travels, hotel booking, Conference Rooms and arranging meetings.
• Controlling the Personal Files of our staff in regards with their details and documentation as well as their dependents.
