Provide individual & group sessions to advise and assist students with academic & vocational development.
• Maintain confidential records.
• Build a relationship of trust and respect with staff and students.
• Assist students with their educational, career and social needs, including referrals to other areas / organisations.
• Work in collaboration with teachers, Student Services, and Career Centre staff to ensure a student’s success.
• Develop and implement strategies to support the needs of students.

• Closely monitor student performance and proactively identify at-risk scenarios and identify opportunities to develop, implement, measure and improve academic success strategies and conduct follow-up meetings.

• Support students to be independent learners in resolving their issues and concerns.
• Develop processes, programmes, activities or workshops to support student and staff.
Quality Coordinator is responsible for the design, implementation, promotion and development of the Quality Management strategy that is in line with college requirements.
1. Adopts and promotes the Mission and Vision statements of the collage .
2. Provides leadership and support to the quality management .
3. Identifies Quality Management resources and budget requirements.
4. Provides support to the Quality Management Department staff in the design, development and implementation of business plan and strategies, ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of the department resources.
5. Directs, engages and manages the Quality function & Services.
6. Maintains and reviews departmental policies, objective and procedures.
7. Ensures that the overall activities in the department meet the requirements of quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies.
8. Evaluates and recommends promotions for the department staff.
9. Prepares the department’s annual reports for submission to the Dean.
10. Represents the department in the College Council and other committees in the college.
11. Co-ordinates the planning, design and implementation of Continuous Quality Improvement projects, so as to systematically evaluate and meet stakeholder needs, via functional areas.
12. Reviews and monitors data analysis and provides appropriate feedback to the concerned departments and to the top management.
13. Assists in preparing Management Review presentation.
14. Assists in discussing and accomplishing Management Review outcomes with top management.
15. Mentors and develops an established Quality Management Team.
