Job Purpose: Responsible of taking the required preparations and conducting the needed tasks to assist in managing the students’ examination process.
Duties are but not limited to:
• Prepares Exam Schedule.
• Contacts the exam coordinator to inform them about the exam arrangements.
• Collects, organize and uploads the required information in the Question Bank Database (using MS Access & Oracle).
• Assist in preparing the students’ exams.
• Prepares the exam attendance sheets.
• Maintains the filing system.
• Prepare the required reports.
• Ensure that the exam coordinator is informed about the exam arrangements.
• Ensure that the required information is uploaded in the Question Bank Database.
• Ensure superiors are well informed at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
• Media Monitoring and schedule entries and estimation of media coverage.
• Drafting, updating and maintaining invoices and quotations.
• Report writing.
• Assist in writing stories / press releases as instructed.
• Other PR related activities that include translation and admin coordination.
• Business Development to acquire PR accounts.
• Build up a new filing system
• Responsible for the administration and the Human Resources of the office.
• Organizing office operations
• Liaising between different parties involved in the project
• Transfer of documents between all parties concerned in an efficient manner
• Gained a considerable knowledge from the project
• Computerized their filing system.
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing documents
• Responding to queries from different parties including the management of the company and of the client's company.
• Arranging the filing system.
• Typing letters, memos and minutes.
• Build up a new filing system
• Responsible for the petty cash
• Responsible for the administration and the Human Resources of the office.
