•The preparation of financial statements (Balance Sheet - Income Statement - Statement of Cash Flow - Statement of Owner's Equity)
•Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts, cost centers and documents business transactions
•Report monthly consumption of raw materials.
•Prepare Balance Sheet estimated and actual project
•Prepare cash flow statement for the project.
•High knowledge of all accounting aspects especially the Egyptian Accounting Standard.
•Prepares critical fiscal documentation regarding accounting activities, e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, draft and revised, and supervises employees to prepare the monthly required reports.
With respect to taxes
•Knowledgeable with the Egyptian laws, such as, income tax law, sales tax law, stamp law and commercial law
Preparation of the accounting guide with commensurate with the activity*
Select the financial programs*
*Prepare the monthly trial balance and monthly financial report*
Work in the preparation of various financial statements (balance sheet, cash flows and others).
Prepare various expenses analyzes (operating, production notes payable accounts and notes receivable).
Review monthly payroll.
With regard to the Clients accounts
The preparation of the Clients accounts comprising models of client's approvals and Report of the age of debt that related to the clients.
