• Advise Dealers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Ensure LPO’s are issued to the dealers over medium time frame for the speedy delivery of vehicles ensuring complete focus on customer service and bank process.
