Responsible for the daily operation and ensure it exceeds company targets thru 6 KRA (people, product, profit, service, asset, sales)
Ensures that staffing levels and labour costs are balanced to achieve optimal store productivity
Manages controllable expenses to maximize the store’s net margin
Ensures that up-to-date Brand and Product Knowledge is met
Monitors and assures that Food Safety Standards are consistently met
Accountable for assuring adequate stock levels for business volume
Leads responses and communication to resolve customer complaints, thus ensuring guest satisfaction is sustained
Responsible for the training, coaching and motivation of all departments
Responsible for the effectiveness of the In-Store administrative Functions
Ensures that monthly sales target is achieved and spearheads marketing-driven plans are maintained
Accountable for the reporting of the financial performance of the store, its operation and key results
Manages people, product and equipment to execute outstanding Quality Service and Cleanliness during assigned shift.
Maintains critical standards for raw and finished quality product, service speed and quality
Supports market wide promotions to maximize sales potential
Controls assigned Profit and Loss item/s, which includes food cost and waste while managing shift.
Oversees cash sales during shift assigned.
Training of crew people.
Processes account opening for all types of deposit
Cross sells to payor / non-client, offers bank products and services
Attends to customer inquiries, requests and suggestions, ensuring concerns are immediately addressed
Preparation of month-end reports for Phil health remittances and SSS collections.
