Follow up awarded projects to ensure quality, cost & delivery
• Provide Technical support for maintenance team.
• Ensure that the facility is fully operational with all utilities functioning properly.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing
building equipment.
• Maintain stock levels and parts within budget
• Ensure compliance government regulations, and assist with energy management.

My first task was to assist Establishing the new division within the (grade - A ) organization.
• Supervise the generation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections needed for construction.
• Provide design & technical support and documentation during completion and execution of design
concepts.
• Examine the drawings, assess the material requirements, approve and submit the material requisition
accurately so as to facilitate purchase of appropriate quantities of materials.
• Examine the project program and based on the schedules mentioned assess the material and manpower
requirement for the job. Prepare and forward the requisition of sub-contractors required for different jobs
to the H.O. for approval.
• To monitor and supervise the project execution process on site to ensure completion of the job within
specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design
and quality standards so as to meet customer’s satisfaction and maintain continuity of business.
• Conduct quality checks on works carried out to ensure that the products meet all client specifications.
Coordinate with the municipality agencies during spot checks on the site and ensure adherence to Quality,
Health and Safety regulations on all assigned sites.
• Supervise the site regularly; attend to all technical and engineering problems, additional manpower
requirements, drawing changes, etc. in an effective and timely manner thereby achieving client
requirements and quality standards.
• Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators .
• Act as the primary interior design interface with clients and consultants Participate in business
development and marketing efforts

Study the projects’ contract and specification requirements and prepare the scope of work for
each subcontract and identify principal restraints and parameters.
• Ensure the implementation of all safety regulations and rules.
• Prepare the working program schedule based on the main contractor program which
reflects tasks descriptions, period and notes
• Monitoring and follow up all project submittals and requirements (workshop drawings,
samples and mockups … etc)
• Leading the technical team in resolving all technical issues.
• Monitoring the progress of work on site against the construction program
• Monitoring the procurement and delivery of materials with the procurement team.
• Ensuring that all work is being carried out in accordance with the latest drawings and
specifications.
• Attending regular meetings at which progress, quality and resource levels are fully
discussed.
• Managing and leading the site employees and workers (120 to 260 peak time)
• Monitoring and reviewing subcontractors' performance and dealing immediately with poor
performance
• Follow up and ensure that all site measurements are ready for fabrication and coordinate
with the factories, workshops and suppliers in the state of Qatar and overseas.
• Highlights the variations in the contract with main contractor, discuss and record all
documents and correspondence in this regard for claims.
• Ensuring the closure of all snag lists in each phase of the project prior to partial handover.
• Prepare all handing over submittals (as built drawings, certificates, manuals ……etc)

Fabrication and Installation of Steel Structure works, Stainless Steel works, Glass &
Architectural Metal works
1.Report to project manager.
2.Prepare technical detailed drawings, bill of quantities and specification requirements.
3.Site supervision and daily follow up with all sub-contractors on quality, timeframe against the
project specifications requirements.
4.Initiate contacts with clients and follow up with their requirements, modifications (if any) and
maintenance (during warranty period)
5.Initiate correspondence between Taalk Projects, sub-contractors and suppliers and keep full record
for all stages and issues.
6.Discuss variations with clients and give variation order to sub-contractor.
7.Attending meetings with all parts involved in the designated project.
8.Verifying the work done and quantities and issuing completion certificates to subcontractors.
9.Follow up handing over procedures and ensure quality and finishing standards are achieved and
implemented to the project.
