Duties and Responsibilities
* Enforcement and application of SOPs & Office Regulations.
* Handling offline and online travel requests as per SOPs with proper documentation.

* Mange and train Excel Travel staff to use StarCite online system & how to handle Vodafone account.

* Daily Report to Supervisor on files' status.
* Weekly Report to Supervisor on materialization.
* Proper hand-over of Files to Accounting.
* Proper hand-over of Files (Filling) to E-Tourism Manager & Director of MICE.
* Proper communication on following the collection from clients and payment to suppliers with Executive Assistant & Accounting.
* Mange and train under-staff performance to align with SOPs.
* Checking Rooms & their availabilities.
* Checking Amenities.
* Orientation Guest at Hotel.
* Check In & -Out for the VIP clients.
* Weekly Performance Report.
* Weekly Offline Files Status.
* Weekly Online File Status.
* Monthly Review of Travel Sales Report.
* Monthly Review of Performance Report.
* Performance Evaluation for under-staff


Additional Tasks (as needed)
* Understanding and knowledge of Office Regulations, SOPS and Server Documents
* Assisting Supervisor with Groups, Events and Corporate requests as needed
* Responsible for handling personal repeat and VIP client's requests
* Collecting rates and offers from suppliers for special events and promotions
* Updating Collections & Refunds Excel with needed data for materializing files
* Updating availability with suppliers during peak periods
* Packaging for different markets and distribution channels as needed
* Packages upload on www.intoegypt.com Back Office
* Testing and Use of IT Systems and Back-Offices as well as reporting
* Other tasks in support to Deputy or Tourism Manager including Files Review, Online Requests Tracking,
* Weekly Operators Reports, Updating SOPs and meetings with Suppliers
* Liaison with Marketing Department for Distribution and Newsletters
* Liaison with Accounting Department for Collections & Refunds
* Memos approval for discounts, advance payment, credit card, etc
* Sales Calls as needed
* Handling the corporate deals and groups
* Contracting with the hotels
* Reducing the suppliers cost to get more profit.
