Provide technical support to Campus maintenance team on all aspects of MEP Engineering. Including MV and LV electrical Distribution, power monitoring, Lab related issues specific to Lab Systems. Including HVAC, Piping networks:
Service Provider daily maintenance - monitoring, managing, and reporting.
Provide root cause analysis for all MEP related incidents.
Prepare review and agree on problem resolution reports and raise unavailability.
Follow up with all EIL’s and deficiencies with Support Department up to implementation.
Prepare and approve incident reports, recommendations for improvement.
Follow with Service Provider’s SAP schedule and insure that it was carried out within the rectification period, and communicate with Service Provider to implement the corrective actions, and raise any repeatedly occurring non-conformances by holding weekly communication meeting with the Service Provider.
Preparation and review of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Handling, planning, training the Service Provider’s staff to carry out Asset Condition Survey and asset managment.
Meet with Service Provider weekly to improve the SAP related issues and escalate to managment.
Developing and work on continuous improvement of the facilities including Energy Saving.
Ensure and update, when needed, all policies and procedures are implemented according to Service Provider’s Master Service Agreement on the best international standards in safe manner.
Provide support for preparation and implementation of Business Continuity Plan.
Worked in Credit-Swisse project as MEP Consultant - Dubai
Worked in King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, KSA as
CAMPUS MEP MANAGER.
Marketing, pricing, purchasing, designing, supervision, dealing with consultants, making shop and as built drawings.
Working as a project manager in GASCO Admin. Bldg. at Ruwais ( oil and gas field). Executing all the EPC contract activities such as electrical HV and LV, Chillers, plumbing, firefighting, telecom and IT.
